SHIPPING POLICY

We strive to deliver your order quickly and efficiently. Below you’ll find details about our shipping options. We offer competitive shipping costs to make your shopping experience even more enjoyable.

We offer standard and Express Shipping. We also offer same-day local delivery service.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within two business days after payment is confirmed. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Orders received after 10 am CST will be processed the next business day, unless you have signed up for same day local delivery.
 

Free Shipping

We do not offer free shipping.
 

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package. Athena, will the system automatically generate a tracking number and send it to the customer? 
 

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, customs processing, or peak seasons.


SAME DAY DELIVERY
    

  • We've teamed up with a delivery service to provide same-day local delivery for an extra fee. During check-out select delivery for additional information. 

  • Please double-check your delivery address to ensure prompt service.

  • A signature will be required upon delivery.

  • Same day delivery hours are 5a – 9p. If you require delivery outside of our normal hours, please contact customer support at (847) 849-6529 or you can chat with us. Express delivery may be available, you can contact us directly via text, email, or chat.

RETURN POLICY

Returning an item is easy! Simply email our customer support team at cs@nettoyershop.com or call us at (847) 849-6529. Our friendly representatives will guide you through the process. For all returns you will need to include a copy of your invoice or receipt.

Please ensure that items are unopened and in new condition, including all original packaging, manuals, accessories, and other components. We’ll gladly process an exchange or refund once the return is confirmed.
 

IMPORTANT: Before returning any items, you must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA) and the correct return address. Returns without prior authorization cannot be accepted. Please contact our Customer Service to initiate the process.

Damaged Product Box
Retain the product, original box, and packaging, and contact Nettoyer™ Customer Service within 15 days of receipt at cs@nettoyershop.com.

Reporting damage to any product should be filed promptly. Damaged items will only be replaced with the same product.

Defective Products
If your merchandise is defective:

  • Contact Nettoyer™ within 15 days of receipt to request a return or exchange.
    - After issuing an RMA, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
    - Defective items will be inspected upon return. You can choose to receive a refund, store credit, or replacement.
    - No refunds will be issued after 15 days.

Non-damaged, Unopened Merchandise

If you wish to return non-damaged and unopened items:

  • Contact Nettoyer™ within 15 days of the original purchase date to obtain an RMA and return address.

  • Returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

 

Non-Damaged, Opened Merchandise

We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened and are not defective.
 

Return Process

  1. Email or call our customer support at cs@nettoyershop.com or (847) 849-6529.
     

  2. Please be prepared to provide our customer support representative with the following information:

    * Name
    * Company name (if applicable)
    * Order number
    * Product id of the item(s) to be returned
    * Condition of the item, esp. New unopened, damaged
    * Reason for the return 
     

  3. Return the item to the address provided by the customer support representative. 
     

* The RMA must be used within 7 days
* We recommend using a shipping method that can track packages. The customer will be responsible for ensuring all items are returned.
* The return credit is issued only for the product total and does not include shipping and processing charges.
* Return credit will only be issued to items returned in the same condition as sold, with original packaging, manuals, registration cards, and accessories. Refunds will be processed once the products have been received, inspected, and tested.
